Ways to give

Offertory

Yes, your weekly offering helps the church pay the bills.   But your selfless generosity to the parish Offertory does much more.   It enables Our Lady of Pompei to fulfill its mission and provide programs and services to our parishioners and the greater community such as:

- Liturgical celebrations
- Sacramental programs
- Facilities management
- Adult Faith Formation
- Religious Education
- Youth Ministry
- Outreach to persons in need
- Marriage preparation

The parish belongs to the parishioners who support it.  Without you, the church cannot pay its bills or stay open to serve the parishioners and the greater community.   When you give to God the first and the best, He will always provide for the rest.    The suggested weekly contribution from each family is $20.

If you do not have offertory envelopes, it is highly recommended to register for them.  Using them will give witness to your generous support.   Also, envelope giving is recorded and a year-end tax statement can be provided.  Contact the parish office to start receiving envelopes.

Unfortunately, the online giving program was ended because there was not much use from parishioners.   if you wish to make a weekly offering, or any offering, electronically, we encourage to setup Our Lady of Pompei as a payee with your online banking.   If you are a registered parishioner, please indicate your giving number (found on your envelopes) in the memo line.

Matching Gifts

Your gift can be doubled or tripled if you or your spouse's employer matches charitable donations. Please contact your human resources department to ask whether your employer is a participating matching gifts company. If so, simply request a matching gift form and follow the process of your employer.

Bequests

The easiest way to make a gift is to include a simple bequest in your Will. If you already have a Will, a codicil allows for a new provision to be added easily.
